Most in-stock or standard orders are printed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Large or highly detailed custom pieces may take 7–14 days. We'll always communicate a realistic timeline when your order is confirmed.
Absolutely! Select "Custom Request" from the catalog or product dropdown, describe what you're looking for, and we'll review it and send you a quote within 24 hours. If we can print it, we will!
We primarily use PLA and PLA+ for most prints, which gives excellent detail and color range. We also offer Silk PLA for metallic/shimmery finishes, and PETG for items that need more durability. Ask about specialty filaments!
Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight and will be included in your order confirmation. We use USPS and UPS for all shipments.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all securely processed through Square. Your payment info is encrypted and never stored on our site.
Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect or the item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund — no hassle.
Yes! If you have an STL, OBJ, or 3MF file you'd like printed, select "Custom Request" and mention it in the special instructions. Email the file to orders@hobbyhoppercreations.com after placing your order.
Standard PLA prints are not food-safe or fully waterproof due to the layer structure of FDM printing. For planters and decorative items, they work great. For functional food-contact items, we recommend using an epoxy coating — ask us about this!
